Relax take it easy, Mika. Relaxation is one of the best strategies for fighting emotional overload. Breathe, meditate, relax. Physical activity is one of the best strategies to combat emotional overload. Run, swim, do bodyweight exercises. Nutrition is one of the best strategies for fighting emotional overload. Eat healthy, don't drink alcohol, avoid crap. Finally, doing what you want is one of the best strategies to combat emotional overload. A good physiotherapist should simply understand when the person in front of him needs to reset his life to healthier habits.
